A wooden row house with three dwelling units, the three spaces are staggered and adjacent to each other to create a north-south flow and a pull from the site boundary. The ceiling is raised as one moves to the south in order to secure sunlight on the first floor, which is at a disadvantage in the built environment. According to the relaxed regulations, the opening area is limited by the setback distance from the site boundary, but more than 120mm square of wood structure material can be exposed.
