This is a facility consisting of a traffic plaza, a waiting and ticketing station, offices, restaurants, and other facilities planned in the Imabari Port Imabari area, which is close to the central part of Imabari City, a maritime city. The project aims to revitalize the city by adding functions such as tourism and exchange to the area, which has been responsible for Imabari's marine transportation. The shape of the building is a direct metaphor of a ship, and the lower part is a pilotis space.
