The newly constructed campus in Sendagaya will be the base for the School of Policy Studies established by Tsuda College. Along the road, there are the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Tsuda Hall, and other buildings of low height, and the campus is planned to be low to mid-rise.
