This project involved the reconstruction of a 40-year-old housing complex that had problems with earthquake resistance, aging, and vacancy. The city road, which used to run on the northeast side, was replaced by a community street in the center of the site. The roadway is 5000mm and the sidewalk is 2250mm on both sides. The center 8,000 mm of the road is the Chofu City Road. There are 90 types of housing units, including one-floor units and maisonettes.
