The site is located about 200m north of Asakusabashi Station. The surrounding area was burned down by the Great Kanto Earthquake and the Tokyo Air Raids, so there are many traditional wholesale stores and processing plants. The first to sixth floors of the building consist of rental housing and shops on the first floor, and the triangular roofed portion of the seventh and eighth floors is the owner's residence, constructed of steel. The building has a frontage of approximately 5,100 mm with openings all the way between the columns.
