This is a redevelopment project on the site of the former IBM headquarters building and the former Roppongi Prince Hotel, located between Roppongi Dori and Route 1. The Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower is a 40-story office building, connected to the Izumi Garden Tower (0301, designed by Nikken Sekkei Ltd.) by a subway passageway through Roppongi 1-chome Station, and will serve as a nexus of above- and below-ground spaces with the theme of connecting the city.
