This is the first project to utilize the former site of the Odakyu Electric Railway Odawara Line following the partial undergrounding of the line. The project consists of 10 rental terrace houses with the aim of bringing people together and increasing the value of the line. In front of each unit, there is a space with planting that allows passage through, creating a sense of unity between the passage and the units.
