In addition to Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, which was completed in 2014, the Toranomon Hills area is also home to the Toranomon Hills Business Tower, Toranomon Hills Residential Tower (two buildings, design partner: Ingenhoven Architects, scheduled for completion in 2019), Toranomon Hills Station Tower (design partner: OMA, scheduled for completion in 2022). When these three buildings are completed, the Toranomon Hills area will have an area of 7.5 hectares and a total floor area of 800,000 square meters, and will evolve into an international new urban center comparable to Roppongi Hills. In addition to the three buildings, the new Toranomon Station (tentative name) on the Hibiya Line is expected to be completed in 2022.
