The plaza covered with a large roof. The first and second floors of the office building will be used for the contact desk operations that are closely related to the citizens, and an indoor plaza will be built on the first floor facing the plaza. The renovation work will be divided into two phases: the office building and the plaza. The office building (phase 1) will be constructed on the site where the current main office building used to be as a parking lot. Construction of the plaza is scheduled to be completed in April 2017.
