In addition to the retrofitting and preservation of the main building (designed by the Kyoto City Repair Division and supervised by Shinichi Nakano and Goichi Takeda), which was completed between 1927 and 1931 and is of high historical and cultural value, the west and north buildings will be rebuilt and a new branch office building will be constructed.
