Reconstruction of a government office complex with a children's center in Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture. In consideration of the surrounding residential area, the low-rise volume is arranged around a plaza, and is planned as a highly convenient government building by complementing the functions of the adjacent existing cultural center. By dividing the construction period into two phases and using the existing government building, the reconstruction was carried out on the same site without installing a temporary government building.
