A training facility for the development and support of entrepreneurs in the Tohoku region, built in Sendai's Wholesale-cho district with funds donated by the State of Qatar to support reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Small rooms are arranged around an event space in the atrium for events and seminars.
