This is the first housing project in Sendai Wholesale-machi, one of the largest distribution complexes in Japan born in the 1960s. It is a joint project with the city of Sendai, with the new community center of the cooperative Sendai Wholesale Center on the lower floors and public housing for reconstruction on the third to ninth floors.
