This project is a collaboration between Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, MEC eco Life and Open A. Mitsubishi Jisho Residence leases buildings that have become difficult to operate due to their age for a certain period of time, and revitalizes them by renovating and retrofitting them to increase their value. Up to now (March 2016), six buildings have been completed. We aim to commercialize 30 buildings in the next five years.
