The upper floors and rooftop of the existing building, which was once a sports facility, were renovated as a research facility for a private company. The vaulted roof volume of the former gymnasium was used as an office, the swimming pool as a storage room, and the roof of the former tennis court as a storage area for equipment for the newly constructed laboratory.
