Renovation of an office building in Daikanyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Based on the concept of "a building for everyone where children and creators meet to grow up," the building will house creator-only shared offices and tenants related to children. Open spaces such as a pocket park and a terrace are planned to make the building a place rooted in the community.
