The four reinforced concrete apartment buildings are arranged in a windmill shape around a courtyard with a small water basin. Residents enter the building through two common entrances and use internal stairs and bridges to reach their houses, which have windows in each of the courtyards and gaps between the four buildings to let in light and wind.
