Outline
This is a cooperative house consisting of eight dwelling units (four maisonettes and four flats) on ten levels of reinforced concrete construction. The units are stacked on top of each other, each with different plan, opening and garden size. The structure is a two-story, one-frame mega-ramen (pillars are 1160 mm square), and all the walls on each floor are free from the structure, creating a degree of freedom in space.
