The building is planned as a new development base within the Canon Kawasaki Plant. The building is symmetrically located in the center of the site with respect to existing facilities such as the research institute, precision machinery plant, and energy building, as well as buildings to be constructed in the future. A cafeteria and a hall are also included as core facilities in the office.
