Outline
The house is constructed by the Massive Holtz construction method, in which wood is used to form walls, floors, and roofs. By using wood as a mass, it takes advantage of the comprehensive properties of wood, such as strength, heat insulation, heat storage, and humidity control. It uses low-market-value lumber that is considered to be dead stock, and uses about 45 meters of lumber in total, which is about three times that of an ordinary house.
