Outline
The vacant floors of a 22-year-old, 10-story rental building are converted into shared office space for renting desks, furnished serviced offices, SOHO, unfurnished general offices, and some apartments. The ninth and tenth floors are shared to increase the value of the entire facility and to enable the setting of rents regardless of the number of floors.
