Outline
This is a project to renovate a hot spring inn in Nishiawakura Village in Okayama Prefecture, a depopulated and aging village with a population of about 1,600. While using the infrastructure development project for elderly care, the project aimed to become a point of exchange in the village by incorporating various programs such as a cafe, bar, and guesthouse in addition to the original program of the hot spring inn.
