This is a land use plan for the site of the former main house of the Hara family, which has been in existence since the Edo period. The project consists of a five-story reinforced concrete housing complex consisting of a condominium building "THE RESIDENCE", a rental building "THE KAHALA", and a courtyard "KAHALA GARDEN". The project was carried out while inheriting the history of the site, including the Jinya gate that has been handed down from generation to generation, the remaining shrines, existing trees, and scenic stones. Between the gate and the building, there is a plaza called "JINYAMON PLAZA" which is open to the public.
