All four former company housing buildings of Odakyu Electric Railway, located in front of Zama Station on the Odakyu Line, have been renovated into rental housing and municipal housing. The large space between the adjacent buildings, which used to be a parking lot, was used to create a farm and a dog run, as well as a childcare support center and a café in Zama City.
