This is one of the public disaster housing projects planned in Tagajo City for reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake. The first floor is used for parking, bicycle parking, trunk room, and equipment room. The second floor of the building is connected to the center of the four buildings by a deck, and a community activity center called "Minna no Living" is located in each building facing the deck. The aim is to create a place where everyone from children to the elderly can live together in peace.
