This is the first four-story wooden housing complex using the Future Wood System (FWS), a high-strength wood panel developed by the Misawa Homes Group and certified as fireproof for one hour for exterior walls and partition walls. Large bay windows are installed in each unit to give a sense of spaciousness to the living space, and the necessary panels are separated from each other inside the bay windows for bearing capacity.
