The building is located in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, and consists of an owner-occupied unit on the first floor and nine rental units on the second to fourth floors. 23 balconies on the 23rd floor are surrounded by glass fiber screens with an opening ratio of approximately 50%. The first floor is surrounded by a board fence made of Serango Biloba wood, and the top floor is a penthouse with a large open space.
