IIDABASHI GRAND BLOOM, PARK COURT CHIYODA FUJIMI THE TOWER
bookmark_outline
NIKKEN SEKKEI, MAEDA CORPOLATION
Outline
It consists of three buildings: Iidabashi Grand Bloom, a business and commercial building (30 stories above ground and two below), Park Court Chiyoda Fujimi The Tower, a residential building (40 stories above ground and two below), and a church building (three above ground). The redevelopment of the Iidabashi Station West Exit area began in 2001 when the Tokyo National Police Hospital, which had stood on the same site, decided to relocate. The design was based on the concepts of "Iki" and "Esprit" for the Sotobori side (west side), which retains a strong sense of Edo, and the Imperial Palace side (east side), which expresses the Western culture that has taken root in the area since the Meiji era.
