Renovation project of the Kuroda Memorial Hall of the Tokyo National Museum, which is designated as a registered tangible cultural property. The building is a two-story reinforced concrete structure. While maintaining the existing design through repairs, the building was upgraded to ensure earthquake resistance, improve airtightness, improve the air quality of the exhibition rooms, and make it barrier-free. The original building was designed by Shinichiro Okada and completed in 1928.
