Part of a redevelopment plan for the former logistics hub of McDonald's, located in the northeast corner of Paris. OMA was chosen as the master planner, and the huge logistics warehouse (warehouse) was converted into a complex of facilities, offices and residences, consisting of existing buildings and extensions. This project, which includes an elementary school, a junior high school, and a sports center, consists of a thin roof on top of an exterior that is based on the rules set by OMA: crystal (transparent) for the first (existing) and third (existing) floors, and mineral (material) for the second and fourth floors.
