A project to renovate the gymnasium and school building of a closed high school into a city hall. The large space of the former gymnasium is utilized to create an open office without partitions. A ship-bottom-shaped, lightweight membrane ceiling was installed to reduce the air volume and improve air conditioning efficiency.
