This building was constructed with the intention of becoming a place to transmit information about Kikukawa Industries, a manufacturer of metal products for construction. The site is an area where town factories and residences are united, and considering that the adjacent buildings are houses, the ground floor is opened up as a pocket park, and the surroundings of the building are covered with expanded metal that softly controls light and wind, creating a good sense of distance from the surrounding environment. The third floor is used as office space, creating a box-like space that is moderately enclosed to create a calm office space.
