A three-story, three-unit apartment building. The rental rooms are integrated into a single volume as a box while avoiding oblique line restrictions, and are surrounded on three sides by common areas and balconies. By partially eliminating the balconies, it is possible to bring light into the first floor and to overlook the street from the rooms on the second floor.
