A 20-unit housing complex in a dense residential area. It creates an environment open to the outside with shallow units, inner terraces, and layers of semi-exterior common spaces. The east side of the site faces the ward's park, and a flow line from the courtyard to the park through the pilotis creates spatial continuity and also functions as an evacuation route in the event of a disaster. Reinforced concrete construction, three stories high.
