A three-story wooden house with eight units for rent. All units are symmetrical and triplet. There is a community farm next door. From the beginning of the design, a design team was formed to convey the image of the building to prospective tenants, neighbors, and builders. In addition to sending out illustrations and blogs, the team held many events to cultivate an attachment to the building before its completion.
