Renovation of a two-storied wooden detached house in a densely built-up area. The renovation was carried out by combining generic ideas for renovation named "Mokutin Recipes". In addition to reducing the construction period and cost, we aim to establish the recipe system on the local real estate and construction network, and to continue and renew the area autonomously by various actors.
