A reinforced concrete rental house completed in 1970 was renovated into a condominium. The old building was reinforced against earthquakes, and the interior, exterior, and facilities were renovated to increase the value of the building. On the south side is the Metropolitan Expressway and on the north side is the Shinjuku Imperial Garden.
