Outline
This project is the conversion of a two-story reinforced concrete apartment into a house studio and weekend residence. In order to design the boundary between the interior and the garden, the existing windows were removed and steel sashes covering the entire building were installed at a distance of 200mm from the wall. Deteriorated exterior wall paint was removed. The wall on the south side of the building was struck and peeled off to give it the appearance of a small struck finish.
