This is a project to convert the wartime shipping warehouse "Prefectural Uwaya No.2" adjacent to the Onomichi Waterway into a complex facility with a hotel for cyclists. As a result of the prefectural government's project proposal, the team of SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE (design) and Discover Link Setouchi (planning and management) was selected. Shops and cafes featuring local foodstuffs and products will be built on lightweight steel frames between columns spanning approximately 5 meters.
