The building is located in the Nihonbashi Muromachi East district, opposite the Mitsui Main Building and Mitsukoshi Main Store across Chuo Street, which is the second stage of the Nihonbashi Revitalization Project. Following the design of the Mitsui Main Building, which is an important cultural asset, the cornice line and large columns are unified at a height of 31 meters. This time, two high-rise buildings and five streets were completed as part of the complex. In the three high-rise buildings, including the existing one, the heat source system and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government-approved DHC are integrated into one building for optimal energy use in each area, and the parking lots are connected to each other.
