Outline
This project is the reconstruction of a five-story housing complex consisting of 23 buildings with 630 units, which was constructed in 1971 at the early stage of the development of Tama New Town, and was planned to ensure earthquake resistance, renewal of old facilities, and barrier-free access. The rebuilt complex consists of seven buildings with 1,249 units, and approximately 3,000 people, including new residents, will live in the complex. The maximum number of floors in each building is 14, and the silhouette of the building is a gentle undulation in harmony with the undulating greenery of the Tama Hills.
