A 25-year-old detached house was renovated into a house for two families. The "iPDCA cycle" developed by KANAEL i-Reform, which supplies LP gas in Kanagawa Prefecture, systematizes the entire process from home diagnosis to future-oriented renovation planning, construction, and aftercare. The infill was made independent from the perimeter without changing the position of the existing openings, and the outside was made into a passageway.
