The building is located in Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The building was used as a company dormitory for bachelors and company housing for families, and was renovated into a 99-room share house. Utilizing the know-how accumulated through the management of share houses to date, a variety of large, medium, and small common areas have been arranged in accordance with the existing planning of the two buildings, which have different structural types (walled and ramen), to create a space that encourages residents to take action.
