Constructed as a guest hall of Shinpuku-ji Temple in Nagano Prefecture. The flat roof, which is kept low to match its surroundings, is raised in the shape of an irimoya to convert bending into axial force, and the axial force is received by small rooms of well-balanced reinforced concrete.
