This 42-story, two-basement complex in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, consists of residential buildings, commercial facilities, offices, and Meguro Ward facilities. It was redeveloped as part of the Ohashi District Type 2 Urban Redevelopment Project, focusing on the Ohashi Junction, which connects the Metropolitan Expressway No. 3 Shibuya Line with the Central Circular Route. It is connected to the rooftop garden (Meguro Tenku Teien) on the 9th floor.
