This is an annex of a facility operated as a training camp by converting the former Chiyoda Ward Yasuda Rinkai Gakuen. In anticipation of future relocation, five 6 x 1.5 m (approx. 10.9 x 2.3 m) wooden units were constructed that can be transported by truck. Up to eight additional buildings can be constructed to meet the needs of the facility. The buildings are arranged in a fan shape so that all the rooms have a view of the sea.
