The Shin Totsukawa Art Forest Sculpture Experience Exchange Promotion Facility in Shin Totsukawa-cho, Hokkaido. It is an art museum and a private studio for sculptor Takenobu Igarashi, and was renovated from an elementary school that had closed after 103 years of history. In front of the building is a monument to the closing of the school by the same artist, made up of an iron frame and 103 local stones. The museum is open only between May and October.
