This is a redevelopment project covering an area of approximately 2.0 hectares in accordance with the "Roppongi/Toranomon District Renewal Plan" formulated by Minato Ward in 1988. The building is a high-rise complex with offices, residences, and shops. Offices are located at the top of the building, with residences and shops below. Exterior design by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects.
