A 45-bed nursing home on the second floor, a 9-bed group home, a day care center, a rehabilitation room, and a café on the first floor; a new nursing care unit for 12 people is proposed by combining two 4-bed rooms and two 2-bed rooms. The multi-bed rooms can be used like private rooms by partitioning.
