A bright office space is created by raising the floor of the 8th to 10th floors, which have low sky illuminance, and making the distance from the windows closer, and an open office space with a high ceiling is created on the 11th and 12th floors. The 11th and 12th floors are open office spaces with high ceilings, and the 13th floor is a flat space for communicating with people inside and outside the building.
